FiLOS Software has been serving the legal sector in the UK for over 30 years.  We have grown and changed over the years.  Our company, was born out of the merger of two firms, JCS and Cognito and whilst assuming the Cognito identity a number of years ago we are now FiLOS Software specialising in solutions for solicitors including Legal Accounts, Time Recording, Case and Practice Management.

In 2020 we joined forces with LEAP, a forward-looking specialist in the Legal IT marketplace with ongoing investment of £12 Million per year in research and development.  Investment of that scale ensures we stay ahead and offer the best quality experience, features and support for all our customers and be able to provide a cloud-based solution for the first time.

Although very reasonably priced, FiLOS can include many functions only available in much more expensive systems including SMS text messaging, scanner integration, marketing, on-line ID Checking, client web access and drag & drop functionality.
